The new Ignis comes with Maruti Suzuki’s K12 1.2-liter engine which still puts out similar power and torque at 83hp and 113Nm respectively. However, the company did not reveal any changes to the fuel efficiency of the car. The previous BSIV version has an ARAI claimed mileage of 20.89kmpl.

The company has added two new colour options in single tone- Lucent Orange and Turquoise Blue. Buyers interested in getting dual tone colours can get and three new colour options – Nexa Blue with black, Lucent Orange with black, and Nexa Blue with silver.
